The biggest dimension we can print is a 200mm x 200mm x 200mm part, anything bigger will need to be separated into parts. We strongly recommend not making parts as big as 200mm x 200mm x 200mm, because this will take a very long time, it’s always better to separate into smaller pieces and later assembled.

We are currently only supporting PLA, and no other materials.

There are many great 3D modelling and CAD software that allows users great flexibility in creating 3D models, parts and more. And provide export into STL file format for printing.

We recommend as good starting point, this is not the full list but one's I have used and felt great using:

  Blender – This is a free, open-source application for modeling and sculpting.

  Fusion 360 - This is a paid professional CAD software. But has a free version for personal use.

Yes. Do not leave PLA printed parts outside exposed in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Because PLA degrades under direct sunlight, which could cause it to deform, crack or split.

You can either choose to have a high-quality print to reduce the layer height and minimize visible layers. Or try sanding the surface with sandpaper, starting with coarse like 200 grit and gradually going to 4000 grit until you are satisfied with the result.

Yes. You can choose from a variety of PLA colours to print your parts in. (Colours include White, Red, Yellow, Pink, Ivory , Green , Purple, Black, Blue, Gold, and Grey)

You can choose to pick it up at an agreed address or get it delivered across New Zealand with additional courier cost.

This service is provided to you to fully engage your imagination, creativity and to love 3D printing. We don’t put much restriction on what can/cannot be printed, so basically you can print anything. However, we will not be taking any responsibility if the item does turn out to be illegal.
